We are just back from a week organised by undiscovered alps and had a great time. I had been wondering whether we would have been better off shopping for deals on the internet rather than going through an agent and am so glad we didn't.
Sally and her team just made everything so easy for us, they have all the contacts for the best activities and accommodation (not just to find them but also to keep an eye to make sure they looked after us), really focused on what we wanted and were very easy to deal with.
Thanks, for looking after us so well. We will be back.
