The Terraces de la Bergerie is a newly built ski in ski out chalet style residences situated on the pistes of Orcières 1850 (look at square D15 on the Orcières Resort Map). High altitude skiing and other winter activities straight from your door!
The residences has the advantage of a private indoor pool for residents and a sauna available to hire - perfect for relaxing after a day on the pistes!
There are a range of apartments sleeping form 4 to 8 people. They are all decorated in a modern chalet style and equipped with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and crockery and utensils and have balcony.
There is a ski locker area in the residences and and a laundry facility and it is possible to pay extra for TV, baby equipment, Wi-Fi and a covered parking space.
As well as being within walking distance from the pistes, you are central to resort so have a full range of restaurants, bars, shops, a regular market, the leisure centre with bowling, ice skating pool and cinema and other entertainment within walking distance.
In the winter this is a perfect base for a ski adventure holiday or winter activity holiday and in the summer a perfect base for a downhill mountain biking week or paragliding course.

These apartments are between 55 and 57m2 with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a cabin room with bunk beds. These are self catering apartments. There are a range of shops, a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance of the residences and there is a regular market every Thursday morning during the seasons (mid December to mid April and July and August).
Check in is between 16H00 and 19H00 and check out is before 10H00. Please let us know if you will be arriving outside of these hours so we can arrange an early or late entry for you.
Sheets are included but towels / tea towels etc aren't so please bring your own. Cleaning equipment and toilet rolls are not provided. It is possible to hire towels and a cleaning kit at the residences.
Please note that TV and Wi-Fi are payable as extra.
Animals are permitted with a full vaccinations record and must be kept on a lead at all times and never left in the apartment on their own. A supplement is payable for animals.
You will be asked for a refundable security deposit when you check in of €400 euros.
All the apartments are rented on the basis that you will clean them at the end of your stay. However, you can opt to pay for a cleaning service if you wish. End of stay cleaning fees range from between 60€ and 120€ depending on apartment.
