This is a lovely independent wood chalet situated in the small, family resort of Reallon.
It has been built local wood with traditional stones from the region and is heated by a wood granule burner. The chalet is on two levels and sleeps 9 people. The entrance is on the ground floor where there are 2 ensuite bedrooms (one twin and one double). These bedrooms open out onto the garden.
On the next level is a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave) and a lounge area with a flat screen TV.
The third bedroom is on 2 levels and has its own mezzanine. There is one double bed and 3 single beds. The bedroom has its own bathroom and laundry with a washing machine.
There is a large garden area with garden furniture and bbq.
The chalet is perfectly located for access to ski touring, snowshoeing, skiing and other winter activities in the winter and is a great base for mountain biking, walking, and water sports in the summer with its close proximity to the Serre Ponçon lake.

This is a self catering chalet.
You have some shops and restaurants in the resort itself and in Savine le Lac 13km away.
You will be asked for a refundable security deposit of €500 when you check in.
All self catering apartments, chalets and gites are rented on the basis that you will clean them at the end of your stay. However, you can opt to pay for a cleaning service if you wish. The end of stay cleaning service is 70€. The cleaning service needs to be arranged directly with the owner when you are there.
Check in is between 4pm and 6pm and you will need to call the owner when you are near the chalet so she can meet you. If you are arriving outside of these times, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative check in.
Check out is before 10am on the day of departure and the owner will visit the chalet with you to check everything is in order and return your security deposit. If you plan on leaving earlier, please arrange a suitable time with the owner at check in for this visit.
Pets are not permitted
This chalet operates a no smoking policy.
You have 8kWh of electricity per day free of charge. For electricity used over and above that amount there is a supplement payable locally based on amount used during your stay.
You will be expected to pay a tourist tax of €1 per person 13+ per day locally when you check in
