A large, modern, newly built chalet with unrivalled views over the Serre Poncon Lake.
The chalet has an open plan living area with modern kitchen with all mod cons (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle etc), a dining table and chairs and living area with TV and DVD.
The living area has large windows with views overlooking the lake and gives the chalet a sunny airy feel.
There is one double bedroom with a balcony and lake view and a kids room with bunk beds (2 extra sleeping places in the lounge area with sofa bed). There are two bathrooms in the property with showers.
Outside, there is a covered summer terrace for open air eating in the shade which lead onto a full terrace that runs along the length of the chalet. There is a small grass area to the side for children to play on.
In summer this is a super location for access to the lake and water sports and a range of other activities including walking, biking, canyoning, climbing, horse riding and paragliding.
In winter the ski village of Reallon is just a short drive away and there is snowshoeing and cross country skiing from the ski village.

This is a self catering chalet. There are shops and restaurants a short drive away in Réallon and Chorges.
Check in is between 16hrs and 19hrs and check out is before 11am. Please let us know if you will be arriving outside of these hours so we can arrange an early or late entry for you.
Sheets are included but towels / teatowels etc aren't so please bring your own.
You will be asked for a refundable security deposit when you check in of €500 euros.
All self catering apartments, chalets and gîtes are rented on the basis that you will leave them tidy at the end of your stay. Please make sure you empty the bins and tidy up!
