This spacious house was recently renovated into a comfortable holiday house by its current owners. It has a very nice garden with a lawn and the views over the surrounding mountains of the Champsaur Valley are spectacular.

The property is at an altitude of 1400m and is situated in a small village near the ski village of Chaillol.

On the first floor, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher) and a dining area. There is a cosy 50m2 living room area with flat screen TV, as well as two bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor, including one with a large spa-like bath tub. 

Upstairs there are three more bedrooms: 1 double with a 160cms bed, 1 twin with two 90cms bed and 1 quadruple room with four 90cms bed. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.

There are 2 lovely terraces outside, one facing East and one facing West, both equipped with garden furniture. The perfect place to enjoy those stunning mountain views!

If you stay in this accommodation, you will be at a 12' drive from the lovely medieval village of St Bonnet with a range of shops and restaurants, and a 10' drive from the "Plan d'Eau du Champsaur", a charming swimming lake where we organize a big barbecue every week in July and August. Most of all, you will be perfectly located for a range of summer activities.

In winter, you are literally 3 minutes away from the Chaillol ski village with its a range of winter activities and about half hour away from the main ski resort of Orcières.
