These are charming chalets which were newly built to a high standard. The kitchens are modern and fitted with all mod cons and the living rooms are cosy with a wooden chalet deco.
There are nine chalets and they all have access to a covered swimming pool and jacuzzi in the summer months.
The chalets are within walking distance of La Chapelle, a small alpine village and you have the Severaisse River running just 100m away. It's a stunning valley with a dramatic high mountain ambiance.
There are chalets suitable for between 2 and 9 people. All chalets are fitted with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, hob and fridge freezer. All have and internet connection and a terrance where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.
In the summer there are walks and bike rides straight from your door. There are several high mountain refuges accessible from here and it's a great base for exploring the mountains. You are also close other summer activities such as white water rafting, high ropes adventure and kayaking on the lac de Sautet.

This three bedroomed chalet is 72m2 with a double sofa bed in the lounge, one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds. There is an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer, etc.). There are 2 bathrooms with showers and 2 toilets. The chalet comes with a TV and internet access.
This one bedroomed chalet is 43m2 with a double sofa bed in the lounge and bedroom with 2 single beds. There is an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer, etc.), a separate toilet and bathroom with shower. The apartment comes with TV and DVD player.
This two bedroomed apartment is 56m2 with a double sofa bed in the lounge, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 1 single bed and one extra sofa bed for one person. There is an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer, etc.). There are 2 bathrooms with showers and 2 toilets. The chalet comes with a TV and internet access.
These chalets are self catering. There are a couple of restaurants in the village itself as well as a small grocery store.
Check in is between 4pm and 7pm at the Residences Les Oulles and check out is before 10am. Please let us know if you will be arriving outside of these hours so we can arrange an early or late entry for you.
Sheets are included but towels / teatowels etc aren't so please bring your own. Cleaning equipment and toilet rolls are not provided although sometimes previous visitors leave these in the apartment.
You will be asked for a refundable security deposit when you check in of €400 euros.
All self catering apartments, chalets and gîtes are rented on the basis that you will clean them at the end of your stay. However, you can opt to pay for a cleaning service if you wish. End of stay cleaning fees range from between €40 to €120 depending on the accommodation.
You can access the swimming pool and jacuzzi between the months of June and September. These are strictly for residents only.
