The Rochebrune chalet style residences is ideally located in the heart of the ski resort of Orcières 1850 right next to the pistes - high altitude skiing straight from your door! (situated in square F18 on the Orcières Resort Map)

In the residences you have the advantage of an on-site restaurant and bar, access to the heated outside pool, a relaxing lounge area with comfortable chairs and an open fire, a billiards table and a separate secure ski locker area accessible for all residents.

There are a range of apartments sleeping from 2 to 8 people. All the apartments are decorated in a chalet style and have a hob, dish washer, microwave, fridge, TV and balcony. Within walking distance you have all the facilities of the resort including the swimming pool, jacuzzi and ice skating.

The apartment is 48 - 63 square metres and has one separate bedroom with either a double or 2 single beds, an alcove or mezzanine with a double / twin beds, an alcove with bunk beds and a sofa bed in the living area. The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining table and lounge area with TV. There are two bathrooms, a separate toilet and a balcony. The apartment is equipped with hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cooking utensils and crockery.

Board Options

These are self catering apartments but there is an on-site restaurant and it is possible to buy a food package for the week or just eat a la carte.

Policies

Check in is between 16H00 and 19H00 and check out is before 10H00. Please let us know if you will be arriving outside of these hours so we can arrange an early or late entry for you.

Sheets are included but towels / tea towels etc aren't so please bring your own. Cleaning equipment and toilet rolls are not provided. It is possible to hire towels and a cleaning kit at the residences.

Animals are permitted with a full vaccinations record and must be kept on a lead at all times. A supplement is payable for animals.

You will be asked for a refundable security deposit when you check in of 300€. You will also be asked to pay the Taxe de Séjour and Eco-taxe when you check in which is between 1 and 2 euros per person (18+) per day.

All the apartments are rented on the basis that you will clean them at the end of your stay.
