Take your class for an unforgettable alpine adventure on this all inclusive ski trip designed for school groups in the famous Serre Chevalier ski resort.
Location: Serre Chevalier, French Alps
Months available: January, February, March, April, November, December
This is a ski trip designed for school groups based on a poplar formula providing high quality skiing in a top resort at an attractive price and which can be adapted to suit your school's needs.
The package includes full board accommodation with picnic lunches and the option to upgrade to on-piste restaurant lunch if required, a full 5 days skiing with 5 hours of ski instruction per day, ski passes and ski equipment. We also provide logistical (from a local office) support during your holiday with daily contact with your trip organisers to help ensure your trip runs smoothly with the option of upgrading to have an onsite representative.
The trip is based in the ski resort of Serre Chevalier, the biggest ski area in the Southern French Alps and one of the biggest in Europe. It has a great range of slopes for all abilities with particularly good options for beginner and intermediate skiers. Ski through larch forests, typical of the region, and admire the high summits as you soak in the high mountain atmosphere. Have a look at the interactive ski map.
The resorts connects 3 villages as well as the historic town of Briançon, a town of more than 10,000 inhabitants, famous for its Vauban fortifications. A town of that size with a direct access to the ski runs is simply unique in France! Your accommodation base is on the edge of the town of Briançon, located next to the swimming pool and ice skating rink (ideal for an evening activity option). At 1326m of altitude, Briançon is the highest town in France.
We haven't included your journey to resort for this example trip but can help you plan the best way to get here, whether that be by coach, train or plane so you can choose the best option for your school. We can arrange transfers from any of the main transport hubs.
BY TRAIN:
The resort train station is Briançon which has direct links to Paris, Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. The nearest TGV station is Oulx.
BY PLANE:
The nearest airport is Turin
BY COACH:
Some schools travel directly by coach from their home town. For this scenario we can lodge your drivers and provide secure parking for your coach and can also adapt the itinerary so you leave after the last day of skiing saving on a night's accommodation.
