The Larches Chalet is a newly built alpine property in a magnificent position with views all round. There are two independent, identical twinned chalets in the property, one facing West and one facing East.
It is possible to rent either chalet separately or both together.
Each chalet has been decorated and furnished to a good standard and are the same.
Both chalets have one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and a mezzanine area with a pull out bed.
There are two bathrooms each with shower and two toilets (one is separate from bathroom and other is inside one of the bathrooms)
The living areas are open plan with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, mixer and ample crockery and utensils. Please note there is no traditional oven but the microwave does have an oven and grill function.
The lounge areas have a flat screen TV and DVD and a sofa bed.
Both chalets have their own private sun terrace with garden furniture, sun lounngers and a BBQ and use of the grounds.
The views over the valley from either chalet are beautiful!
In summer th chalet is well situated for access to a range if summer activities and in winter it is a stone's throw from St Leger les Melezes ski village pistes and a range of other winter activities.

This chalet faces West with a view over the Faro mountain range and the famous Pic de Bure.
This chalet faces East with a view down the Champsaur valley towards Orcières.
The Larches Chalet is a self catering accommodation. There are a range of small shops, restaurants and bars in Chabottes and Pont-du-Fossé, two villages located nearby. The nearest large supermarket is 10 mins drive away in St Bonnet.

Check in is between 16H00 and 18H00 and you will need to call Emma (the owner) when you are near the property so she can meet you. If you are arriving outside of these times, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative check in. You will be asked for a security deposit of 400€ (only payable in cash)
Check out is before 10H00 on the day of your departure and the owner will visit the property with you to check everything is in order and return your security deposit. If you plan on leaving earlier, please arrange a suitable time with the owner at check in for this visit.
Sheets are included but towels & tea towels aren't so please bring your own, or you can also ask the owners to provide them for 5€ per person. Please note that cleaning equipment and toilet rolls are not provided, although sometimes previous visitors leave these in the house.
Please note that all self catering accommodations are rented on the basis that you will leave them in a tidy state at the end of your stay. This means: emptying bins, stripping beds, emptying dishwasher and putting all crockery away and generally leaving the place in an orderly state. Please note that if the accommodation is not left in an acceptable state, the owner reserves the right to deduct a sum from your deposit. The Larches Chalet accommodation operates a no smoking policy, and animals are not permitted.
