Amazing!! I cannot rate highly enough. This was our first mountain activity holiday and for newbies like us, it provided the perfect opportunity to try a vast array of activities, with so many to choose from! Everything was tailored to suit different ages/abilities/experience. We stayed in a beautiful chalet - totally spotless. You can literally pick and choose everything, from deciding if you would like a hotel or a chalet, how to travel to the region, to your choice of activities. One of the things I found incredibly useful was being able to speak to someone who knew the area and gave us so much information from details of different travel options to get there, things to do in our free time, recommendations for walks, restaurants etc. Sally met with us at our chalet and spent time downloading maps onto our phones and telling us about different events going on in our area while we were there. Our activity guides were superb and instilled confidence when we were feeling a bit nervous (climbing the Via Ferratta!) This holiday was an exquisite, highly professional experience from start to finish.
