This was a new departure for me. My children are at an age (12 and 8) where they need a little action and can be trusted to listen to and take in the important safety stuff.
From the outset Sally personalised the package and was obviously listening to our preferences. In our case, out of our comfort zone but not silly extreme. This wasn't sales spiel but an obvious interest in our having a good time. She got it spot on.
Can't recommend highly enough - my friends are bored of hearing about it!
