We would like to offer our most sincere thanks for the expertise you offered in organising and supporting us during our recent holiday with Undiscovered Mountains (February 2018).
From our initial enquiry, until the day we left the resort, you have always been prompt and efficient at responding to our requests and you put together a package which more than met our expectations and it was incredible value for money.
We have never had a winter holiday before, so were unsure of what to expect and how to go about being prepared for it. Undiscovered Mountains always replied in timely manner to any questions we had prior to the visit and always offered a variety of solutions together with their own recommendation. This included information from transport (including flights and transfers) to a full clothing and equipment list – and everything in between. This communication was always in English – thank you.
When putting our itinerary together, Undiscovered Mountains allowed us to complete all the activities we wanted and packaged them so that we had something to do every day of our break, but also plenty of time to explore the local area and to use the facilities of the resort and neighbouring villages.
