Undiscovered Mountains is a licensed tour operator with Atout France (Licence IM005200005). To obtain and maintain this licence, French law requires us to provide full financial protection for our clients in the event of insolvency.
Our guarantee is held with Groupama Assurance-Crédit & Caution under contract n°4000718720/0. This means that all monies you pay to us — deposits and balances — are fully protected, including any necessary repatriation costs, should Undiscovered Mountains cease trading due to financial failure.
This protection applies to all package holidays booked with Undiscovered Mountains (note: day trips are not subject to this legal requirement and are therefore not covered).
