The Crow's Nest Lakeside Bed and Breakfast

This is a real gem of a bed and breakfast, hidden down a track on the edge of the magnificent Serre Poncon lake. The spectacular view over the lake is to die for!

In the garden is a converted annex which is available as a studio with a convertible sofa bed, small kitchenette and shower room with toilet. You would be based here but with access to the main house and gardens.

Inside the main house is a living area with kitchen and dining table where Maggie will serve breakfast every morning, with a lake view. Outside there is a large sun terrace and generous and pretty garden with table tennis, sun loungers and hammocks. 

There is also the possibility of using the spare upstairs twin room in addition to the studio if required. This works well for a parent and older child or teenager who want separate sleeping arrangements but can be together in the studio or main house living area for socialising but not young children as they are not in the same building as the parents at night.

Maggie, the owner has two dogs and two cats and chickens.  

It is possible to walk down to a private boat launch area from the Crows Nest and Maggie has a kayak available for you to hire from there if you wish to go and explore the coves of the lake. 

Perfectly located for a summer activity holiday with access to the lake and other watersports as well as many walks and bike rides. In winter the chalet is warm and cosy and a great spot as a base for snowshoeing, winter walking and about 30 minutes to an hour away from a wide range of other winter activities.
