The Hotel La Font-Vineuse, now a luxury hotel, used to be a small sized water bottling factory. It is located in an area famous for its many natural sources of ferruginous waters which, up until World War I, used to be bottle by the thousands every week in these premises.
The building was transformed into a thermal hotel in the 1960's when tourism started to develop in the Southern French Alps, and has recently been renovated again and turned into a luxury establishment, famous for the hospitality of its owners and the comfort of its rooms and boasting a unique well-being complex, with swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Japanese and Swedish bath.
There are 6 rooms in the La Font-Vineuse hotel, all ensuite and offering their own private spa for long and romantic evenings. They are all spacious and luminous, and equipped with large 160cms beds with memory foam mattresses. Staying in one of these charming rooms, you have access to all the hotel's well-being facilities.
The Font-Vineuse is ideally located in a mountainous environment offering a beautiful mix of alpine and Provençal sceneries. The towns of Aspres, Veynes or Serres are less than half hour away, and hiking possibilities straight from the hotel's door are endless.
