Booked an Ice Climbing trip with Undiscovered mountains.
Amazing how much effort they put in personal attention. On arrival you get a warm welcome by the staff with a little goodie bag and they talk you through all the details.
If you want to change or add something to your trip it’s no problem at all and they will arrange it for you. In my particular case I wanted to propose to my girlfriend after climbing a frozen waterfall. After explaining my plans they helped me not only make it possible, but went full out.
A bottle of champagne after the proposal waiting at our accommodation, and a relaxing hottub in the snow the day after.
It was just perfect.
The activities and accommodations are run by very friendly people and it feels almost like joining a family.
