On the first floor, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds in 160, 2 single beds 90 and shower space for each bedroom). Additional sleeping space in the basement (1 double bed and 2 twin beds). 2 additional independent bedrooms with access from the outside, each with a double bed, a shower room and an independent toilet.
The swimming pool, wood fired hot tub, bread and pizza oven, summer kitchen, private terraces with garden furniture and exceptional grounds offer the possibility to fully enjoy the countryside and its tranquillity.
A few kilometres from the Serre-Ponçon lake, and many hiking trails, sport, relaxation, discovery, culture... there is something for everyone! Access is by car to the gîte during the summer.

You will be asked for a security deposit of 1000€.
Check out is before 10H00 on the day of your departure. If you plan on leaving earlier, please arrange a suitable time with the owner at check in.
Sheets and towels are included. Please note that cleaning equipment and toilet rolls are not provided, although sometimes previous visitors leave these in the house.
Please note that all self catering accommodations are rented on the basis that you will leave them in a tidy state at the end of your stay. This means: emptying bins, stripping beds, emptying dishwasher and putting all crockery away and generally leaving the place in an orderly state. Please note that if the accommodation is not left in an acceptable state, the owner reserves the right to deduct a sum from your deposit.
The accommodation operates a no smoking policy. Animals are permitted.
