This apartment is part of a large renovated farmhouse situated in a small hamlet just 800m from the medieval town of St Bonnet. The farmhouse is made up of 3 separate apartments.
The apartment is 120m2 and is decorated in a chalet style with wooden beams and staircase.
Access to the apartment is on the first floor by a set of stairs and a small balcony area. On the first floor there is a large kitchen and dining area with microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is comfortable with a large sofa and TV. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms. The double room has a small living area including a sofa and a TV. The other bedroom has 2 single beds.
There is a private garden with garden furniture and play equipment. There is a covered parking space and storage room.
In the summer there are a full range of activities in the vicinity and you are just 5 mins from the swimming lake.
In winter there are several ski villages, nordic skiing bases and other winter activities within 20 minutes drive and the large resort of Orcieres 40 mins away.

This apartment is rented out on a self catering basis.
In St Bonnet 800m away there are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and a few supermarket.
You will be asked for a refundable security deposit of €250 when you check in. The farmhouse operates a no smoking policy.
All self catering apartments, chalets and gîtes are rented on the basis that you will clean them at the end of your stay. However, you can opt to pay for a cleaning service if you wish. The end of stay cleaning service is 50€. The cleaning service needs to be arranged directly with the owner when you are there.
Check in is between 4pm and 6pm and you will need to call the owner when you are near the property so she can meet you. If you are arriving outside of these times, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative check in.
Check out is before 10am on the day of departure and the owner will visit the apartment with you to check everything is in order and return your security deposit. If you plan on leaving earlier, please arrange a suitable time with the owner at check in for this visit.
Animals are not permitted.
You have 8kWh of electricity per day free of charge. For electricity used over and above that amount there is a supplement payable locally based on amount used during your stay.
