This apartment is part of a lovely renovated Champsaur farmhouse adjacent to the owner's house and another apartment in the large farm building.

It is situated in a quiet alpine hamlet near Ancelle at an altitude of 1425m. There are panoramic views over the Champsaur Valley.

The apartment is 90m2. There is a kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Down 3 steps you have a large dining room with a long dining table and a wood burning stove. At the end of this room there are 2 sofas and a flat screen TV. There is a shower room and toilet on this floor.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 of which can be joined together to make a double bed. This room has a private wc and there is also a small balcony.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one triple room with a double and a single bed, and one twin room. There is a shared shower room and toilet on this floor.

Outside the property you have a small garden area with tables and chairs and a bbq.

You can rent this apartment and the Marjouret apartment if you are a bigger group of up to 13 people.

It is perfectly situated for access to a range of summer activities and in winter is an ideal location for a ski adventure holiday or winter activity holiday with easy access to cross country and downhill skiing pistes and lots of other activities in the vicinity.

This apartment is rented out on a self catering basis.

There is a grocery store, a bakery and a few restaurants in the village of Ancelle, 3 km away.

Ancelle hosts a small market every Sunday morning selling local produce.

Policies

You will be asked for a refundable security deposit of €300 when you check in. The apartment operates a no smoking policy.

All self catering apartments, chalets and gites are rented on the basis that you will clean them at the end of your stay. However, you can opt to pay for a cleaning service if you wish. The end of stay cleaning service is 60€. The cleaning service needs to be arranged directly with the owner when you are there.

Check in is between 4pm and 6pm and you will need to call the owner when you are near the property so they can meet you. If you are arriving outside of these times, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative check in.

Check out is before 10am on the day of departure and the owner will visit the property with you to check everything is in order and return your security deposit. If you plan on leaving earlier, please arrange a suitable time with the owner at check in for this visit.

Animals are not permitted.

You have 8kWh of electricity per day free of charge. For electricity used over and above that amount there is a supplement payable locally based on amount used during your stay.

You will be expected to pay a tourist tax of €1 per person 13+ per day locally when you check in
