This is the larger of two apartments in a 19th century farmhouse situated at the entrance of the spectacular Champoléon Valley.
It has been entirely renovated with ecologically friendly materials and uses a wood burning (granules) heating system. An ecological gem in the heart of the mountains!
This apartment is accessible by a stone staircase up to the first floor entrance. There is a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and crockery and utensils for 7), open fire and TV. There is also a toilet and one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom on this floor.
On the next floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds and one bunk) and a bathroom and toilet. In the garden there's a bbq and a kit storage room.
Outside there is a private sun deck with garden furniture and bbq - perfect for summer evenings! It is a great, central location for mountain biking, walking, paragliding, rock climbing, via ferrata ...
In the winter you are on the edge of cross country ski pistes and 20 minutes drive from a number of ski villages and the main resort of Orcières 1850. Ice climbing, husky sledding, snowshoeing and other winter activities are all close by.

The "Passage of the Saracens" is a self catering accommodation.
There are a range of shops and restaurants in the nearby village of Pont-du-Fossé (5 minutes away) and in the ski resort of Orcières 1850 (20 mins away).

Check in is between 16H00 and 19H00 and check out is before 10H00. Please let us know if you will be arriving outside of these hours so we can arrange an early or late entry for you.
When you check-in, you will be asked for a refundable security deposit of 150€ (only payable in cash). This sum will be returned to you on your departure day on the condition that nothing has been damaged or broken in the accommodation.
All self catering accommodations are rented on the basis that you will leave them in a tidy state at the end of your stay. This means: emptying bins, stripping beds, emptying dishwasher and putting all crockery away and generally leaving the place in an orderly state. Please note that if the accommodation is not left in an acceptable state, the owner reserves the right to deduct a sum from your deposit.
