We had an amazing skiing holiday which was beautifully orchestrated by Sally who managed to set up everything so that as a family of four with very different requirements (one excellent skier, one less experienced skier, one who had never skied and one non-skier) all we had to do was arrive and go! Accommodation, lift passes, equipment hire, extra activities and even a restaurant booking for our first night was arranged prior to our arrival. All our holiday details were listed in a great app which included directions and maps etc but Sally was also on hand to help/advise should we have needed it. I couldn't rate Undiscovered Alps more highly - hugely helpful, listened to our requirements and met all of our requests.
