A truly unforgettable experience tracking wolves and wildlife through the French Alps. Bernard and Sally are exceptional guides: knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely invested in the group. They pushed us physically but listened carefully and tailored the hikes to everyone's ability, so we all came away with a real sense of achievement.
The highlights were many: traversing a snow-clad mountain face, tracking wolf signs through breathtaking scenery, and being fully immersed in the wildlife and landscape of the Southern French Alps. Going off-grid for four days felt like a genuine reset.
A special mention goes to the Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday, a lovely, unexpected touch that sums up the warmth of the whole experience. Sally also introduced us to local cheeses, which were a highlight in their own right.
The accommodation is simple, and the physical effort required is genuine (come prepared), but that's exactly the idea. This isn’t a holiday; it’s an adventure. Highly recommended for nature lovers seeking something truly unique.
